By accessing and using the 3Engines Cloud Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

3Engines provides cloud computing services including but not limited to:

• Virtual machine instances
• Storage solutions
• Network services
• Database services
• Container orchestration
• API access and management tools

3. User Account

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Make emergency repairs
• Update or modify the service
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

6. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• Charges are based on actual usage and selected service plans
• Payment is due according to the billing schedule
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

You retain ownership of your data. We may access your data only to:

• Provide and maintain the service
• Comply with legal obligations

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
